Established in 1957 DERSCHLAG is one of the key manufacturers for flexibles packaging for decades. The current product program oversees the complete finishing of aluminium foils, aluminium composite foils and plastic foils. All are available in printed or non-printed execution. The company has customers in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.
Represented by the managing directors Michael Scholz sen. and Michael Scholz jun. DERSCHLAG has two state-of-the-art production facilities in Germany: One in Bad Berleburg and one in Lüdenscheid.
DERSCHLAG was looking for extremely compact All-in-One extraction systems, which shred the edge trims on several slitters and punched matrix on several die-cutting machines, remove them quietly and collected them dust-free.

The Solution
The solution that MATHO has worked out comprises several All-in-One systems. The waste materials are shredded, suctioned off and collected with these systems. In addition, all systems are equipped with a frequency converter for stepless adjustment of the fan output. The extracted room air is filtered and then fed back into the production hall.
